SHIPPING INFORMATION

GNS Freight Solutions is the official shipping and customs partner for Hydrogen Toronto.  See below instructions and order form to ship your materials to the event.

ORDER FURNITURE AND AMENITIES

Indoor Booth Space
Includes: Floor space, standard booth carpet, draped display booth, one (1) 800-watt electrical

outlet, basic on-site materials handling to booth (up to 5000 lbs. per crate, except for specialty

work), crate storage during the show, 24-hour roaming security and 3 exhibit staff badges.

Hardwall Package

Includes: (10x10’s and 10x20’s only) Floor space, standard booth carpet, hardwall shell scheme,

counter, two (2) chairs, name board, daily janitorial, one (1) 800-watt electrical outlet, basic onsite

materials handling to booth (up to 5000 lbs. per crate, except for specialty work), crate storage

during the show, 24-hour roaming security, and 3 exhibit staff badges.

Booth Spaces DO NOT INCLUDE: Hydrogen Toronto Conference Access, Breakfast, Luncheons, Tables, Chairs, TV's, extra furniture, or other audio visual components.
